Thomas Claude Fassihi Callaghan, son of Chris Callaghan and Hiva Fassihi, was born in London at 15:47 hours on 1 October (3:47 am October 2, New Zealand time). Mum and baby are both well.Thomas weighed in at 3.98 kg, pretty much the same birth weight as older brother James (who turns 3 on October 4).
Thomas is a fine first name. His third, Fasshihi, is the maternal family name while his second, Claude, has a poignant Callaghan connection.
